Reservation Policy
  • Reservation should be made 2 weeks before arrival.
  • Online reservation can be made through Reservation Form page in this blog or directly contact us.
  • All reservation will be followed up and homestay availability will be informed via email.
  • Once you have checked the booking details, deposit payment of 50% of the total charge should be made.

Payment Method
  • We receive payment via cash, bank transfer and RHB Bank online banking only to be made payable to RHB Bank Account No. 25811400001863 Koperasi Pelancongan Gopeng Berhad.
  • Deposit payment should be made 1 week before arrival. Please notify us, by email or Phone or SMS once payment has been made.
  • Full payment shall be made upon arrival.
  • If we do not receive the payment by the due date, we will release your booking automatically.

Confirmation
  • Upon receiving your confirmation and deposit payment, a printable confirmation letter and receipt will be emailed.
  • The confirmation letter should be produced upon registration.

Extension of Stay
  • Please inform us if you would like to extend your stay 24 hours before your last day of stay.
  • Your extension of stay will be subjected to availability.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made to the KopelGo Berhad management in writing either by e-mail or SMS.
  • The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows:
Cancellations received by 5 days upon arrival: 50% of the total amount paid
Cancellations received less than 5 days upon arrival: No refund
  • Please note that all refunds will be made 5 days after cancellation.
